In 2000, PCS deployed CoffeeCup Forms Pack on their Thailand corporate website to centralize web form content and client intake interfaces. CoffeeCup Forms Pack is used as a Content Management tool for creating and embedding contact forms, lead capture pages, and service request forms across pcs.co.th, providing site-embedded form capabilities rather than a separate portal.
Configuration focused on the application form builder, templating, front-end validation, and server-side submission handling, with form templates tuned for professional services intake workflows. Data capture is managed within the CoffeeCup Forms Pack submission store and routed via configured email notifications to business users, supporting marketing and operations teams responsible for client engagement. The deployment populates form pages across the public site, keeping operational scope to web content management and client-facing interactions, while web content owners maintain templates and approval workflows for form changes to align updates with service pages and client onboarding processes.
