Operationally the application coexisted alongside Yardi and CRM tools used by Pennrose staff, supporting business functions that included leasing, resident services, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and capital planning. Use of RealPage Rainmaker LRO was centered at the property level, enabling leasing teams and property managers to standardize reporting and pricing workflows.
Governance changes accompanying the deployment included standardized leasing reporting, centralized rent pricing processes, and formalized lead to lease workflows that shifted day to day decisioning to the leasing and asset management teams.
