The Financial Controller led the design, set up and maintenance of Oracle Cloud ERP while managing a team of eight finance professionals, establishing ownership of the PPF financial control framework and risk management for transactional finance. In 2017 Pension Protection Fund assisted with the launch of MHR iTrent HR at its Croydon HR site. The new archiving approach was implemented to improve ease of access and to create more time-efficient HR file retrieval processes, and the HR team provided ongoing support to wider HR operations as the MHR iTrent HR self-service capability was adopted.
