In 2021, Pepper Construction implemented Sensera Systems SiteCloud together with Sensera MC88/PTZ cameras, first deployed on the Oracle Lab project to enable remote progress monitoring and security coverage. SiteCloud is used as an Analytics and BI application to provide image capture, live streaming, and timelapse reporting across Midwest U.S. projects, supporting project monitoring operations and remote access for distributed teams.
The implementation concentrated on standard SiteCloud capabilities including scheduled image capture, continuous streaming, timelapse generation, and centralized camera management for MC88/PTZ devices. Configuration work emphasized camera placement, capture cadence settings, and project-level dashboards to make image and timelapse assets consumable for operational reviews and stakeholder reporting.
Operational coverage included construction operations, field supervision, safety oversight, and project stakeholder collaboration across multiple Midwest sites. The deployment was scoped to support project monitoring workflows, security coverage during off hours, and consolidated visual reporting to reduce dependence on in-person site visits.
Rollout began with the Oracle Lab project and expanded to additional Midwest projects with governance focused on standardized capture procedures, access controls for image and stream consumption, and timelapse publication policies. The SiteCloud deployment supported improved remote access, enhanced safety oversight, and strengthened stakeholder collaboration through image, streaming, and timelapse capabilities.
