The delivery model provided data extracts for ad-hoc business queries and assisted business users with report and dashboard development for data discovery. The service model also included responding to helpdesk tickets from the business in line with defined SLAs.
Governance and rollout encompassed supervision of a four person Power BI analyst team, each responsible for their own App and Workspace, and end to end requirement gathering and documentation processes. Governance activities included environment management, workspace ownership rules, documentation of SSRS artifacts and stored procedures, and coordination of regulatory reporting requirements such as the Bank of England and FCA reporting suites.
