The implementation targeted core contact center workflows and agent operations, connecting telephony and collaboration tooling to support customer service and contact management. Anywhere365 Contact Center was configured to provide enterprise call routing and CTI integration, leveraging an integrated Skype for Business connection to enable agent presence, queue management, and desktop call handling. The implementation emphasized agent and supervisor workflows typical of a Call Center deployment, integrating with Office 365 collaboration services including Exchange Online, Exchange Online Protection, Advanced Threat Protection, SharePoint and Teams to align messaging, scheduling and case workflows with contact handling. The deployment architecture extended across hybrid cloud and on premise infrastructure, using COLT MPLS and Azure ExpressRoute for WAN connectivity, Cisco ASA firewall appliances and HP Aruba switching and Wi Fi for on premise LAN and WLAN. Two Azure data centers in Amsterdam and Dublin were provisioned with Azure Site Recovery mode for resiliency, and a third AWS data center in London provided business continuity via a cloud connect circuit into the COLT MPLS. Azure-side components included hybrid On Prem Active Directory synchronized with Azure AD Connect, a full PKI solution for certificate governance, and separate Azure subscriptions to segment production, UAT and development DPR backend server environments, all protected by resilient Barracuda firewalls including Azure Marketplace deployment. Governance and operations were implemented through Intune managed Windows as a Service for Windows 10 builds, Intune mobile device management, and policy driven application deployment. Backup strategy used Veeam to protect Office 365 and critical server data with copies stored outside the Microsoft environment. Security and certificate lifecycle processes were formalized via the PKI and firewall segmentation, and the Anywhere365 Contact Center integration with Skype for Business aligned contact center operations with existing collaboration and IT operations teams. | |
