In 2019, Personify implemented NCR Voyix Payments as its Payment Processing application to centralize and standardize customer payment handling across the organization. NCR Voyix Payments was adopted to support transaction capture, authorization and settlement workflows while providing consolidated reporting and dispute handling for Personify’s finance and customer operations teams.
NCR Voyix Payments was configured to deliver core Payment Processing capabilities including tokenized card data handling, transaction authorization flows, batch settlement and reconciliation processes, and operational reporting. Personify reported that NCR’s customer support team was able to quickly jump in and tackle issues, improving incident response and payment issue resolution compared with prior partners.
Operationally the implementation covered finance, billing operations and customer support, with governance adjustments to escalate payment incidents directly to NCR’s support organization. In 2018, Personify implemented Bullhorn Applicant Tracking System and CRM. The Bullhorn Applicant Tracking System and CRM was embedded into Personify’s public website to capture candidate applications and to provide a unified Applicant Tracking System,Candidate Relationship Management platform for recruiting and client engagement functions.
The implementation configured core ATS and CRM capabilities typical of the category, including job requisition intake, candidate sourcing and application capture, resume parsing and profile consolidation, configurable candidate pipelines and stages, contact and account management, activity and placement tracking, and automated communications workflows. Personify configured role-based access and recruiter-facing dashboards within Bullhorn Applicant Tracking System and CRM to support recruiter and account manager workflows.
Operationally the Bullhorn Applicant Tracking System and CRM instance was used by the recruiting, sales and client services teams to manage candidate lifecycles and client relationships from the website through placement. Integration scope explicitly included embedding application intake on Personify’s website and routing that data into the Bullhorn Applicant Tracking System and CRM instance for downstream workflow orchestration and candidate management.
Governance changes focused on centralizing candidate records, standardizing pipeline stages and data fields, and defining permission and workflow ownership for recruiting processes. Training and user adoption were oriented around the unified CRM and ATS workflows, with governance controls to maintain data hygiene and consistent candidate handling across recruiting and client engagement teams.
