NCR Voyix Payments was configured to deliver core Payment Processing capabilities including tokenized card data handling, transaction authorization flows, batch settlement and reconciliation processes, and operational reporting. Personify reported that NCR’s customer support team was able to quickly jump in and tackle issues, improving incident response and payment issue resolution compared with prior partners. Operationally the implementation covered finance, billing operations and customer support, with governance adjustments to escalate payment incidents directly to NCR’s support organization. The deployment emphasized vendor-managed incident remediation and operational handoffs between Personify’s payment operations and vendor support, aligning support workflows to the NCR Voyix Payments operational model.
