Integration scope explicitly included embedding application intake on Personify’s website and routing that data into the Bullhorn Applicant Tracking System and CRM instance for downstream workflow orchestration and candidate management. Governance changes focused on centralizing candidate records, standardizing pipeline stages and data fields, and defining permission and workflow ownership for recruiting processes. Training and user adoption were oriented around the unified CRM and ATS workflows, with governance controls to maintain data hygiene and consistent candidate handling across recruiting and client engagement teams.
