SnapData was implemented to ingest SnapFulfil fulfillment and inventory event data, providing a single analytics layer for US distribution centers and e-commerce operations. The implementation supported business functions spanning warehouse operations, inventory planning and customer service by centralizing transactional and inventory metrics in role based dashboards. Governance aligned reporting outputs to distribution center managers and operations leadership, and the analytics rollout accompanied process changes to run subscription fulfillment internally. The combined SnapFulfil and SnapData environment enabled the outcomes reported by PetFlow, including dramatic SKU expansion, improved inventory management and higher service levels across its US DCs. |
