TurboTime Platform was configured to deliver core Time and Attendance capabilities, including automated clock event capture, centralized attendance reporting, and controls to eliminate buddy clocking and reduce unrecorded breaks. Configuration work focused on time capture workflows and attendance exception reporting to feed HR case management and absence tracking processes. The solution was integrated into the company VIP payroll system, enabling payroll consumption of verified time records. Sentri Systems acted as the implementation partner for the Krugersdorp integration work, aligning TurboTime Platform record formats with VIP payroll input and establishing end to end time to pay traceability. Operational scope remained at the Krugersdorp production site with primary business functions impacted including HR and payroll. The rollout included process changes to timekeeping governance and attendance exception handling, and it delivered clearer attendance reporting and a reduction in unrecorded breaks as reported by the customer.
