The Neetrix Contacts instance is deployed as an embedded web form and contact capture layer that feeds a cloud hosted contact database, instrumenting site level lead intake for the 10 employee manufacturing company based in the United Kingdom. The deployment focuses on centralizing contact records and staging inbound inquiries for follow up.
The Neetrix Contacts implementation includes configured contact capture forms, lead qualification fields, contact record management, segmentation, and basic lead routing workflows inside the Neetrix Contacts application. Integrations are limited to website embedding and real time form to CRM synchronization, with data mapped into standardized contact schemas. Pitchmark Neetrix Contacts CRM supports core sales and marketing workflows, and operational ownership spans those functions with governance configured for field validation and explicit consent capture to support privacy handling.
