In 2022, Piticas Brazil implemented SULTS News as a centralized Employee Engagement platform to consolidate franchise operations, training, and internal communications across its network. The retailer, operating with approximately 1,200 employees, deployed SULTS News to reduce tool sprawl and to streamline HR and operations communication with franchisees throughout Brazil.
The implementation configured the SULTS News Notícias and Comunicados modules along with Universidade Corporativa and Checklist. These modules provided structured news and announcement distribution, a corporate university learning framework for training and certification, and operational checklists to support store level compliance and standard operating procedures.
SULTS News was provisioned as the central communications and training hub for Piticas franchise operations, supporting HR and operations teams and franchise operators for content distribution, course enrollment, and checklist verification. The deployment aligned the application to core business functions of internal communications, training management, and franchise operations oversight across Brazil.
Governance and rollout focused on centralized content administration by HR and operations, with role based distribution to franchisees and operational teams to ensure consistent messaging and training. Integrations were internal to the SULTS suite, with SULTS Chamados processing more than 10,500 tickets that originated from checklist triggers and franchise queries. Operational coverage extended across the franchisor and franchisee network in Brazil, affecting store managers, field consultants, franchise support teams, and corporate training staff.
Governance shifted toward centralized communication and training orchestration, using SULTS Check List to standardize inspection frequency, corrective action workflows, and training enrollment flows. The 2022 adoption delivered faster franchise communication, improved training uptake, and measurable cost savings for the franchisor, while consolidating inspection, ticketing, and learning workflows into a single Collaboration platform.
