Implementation included hands-on training and knowledge transfer, with finance staff building operational competence in Sage Intacct and training new hires to operate the system. The finance function supervised AP operations and instituted reconciler responsibilities for balance sheet accounts and bank statements. Expense reporting software was rolled out to field staff and incorporated into reporting and approval workflows used during monthly closes.
