GR8 People ATS was configured to support candidate lifecycle management and requisition handling, with emphasis on screening workflows, offer letter and employment agreement templates, and onboarding handoffs. Configuration work included setting up applicant tracking for career fair sourcing, structured interview records, and tracking exit interview findings to inform recruiting and retention processes. The ATS was integrated with ADP Workforce Now for HRIS record management, with HR staff entering and updating employee records in ADP Workforce Now following candidate conversion to hire. Operational ownership rested with the corporate HR team and recruitment stakeholders, and the implementation tied recruiting inputs to downstream HR processes for new hire administration. Governance for the rollout included a project lead from HR and participation on a committee that developed new hire orientation and onboarding procedures, with the HR Director overseeing execution of related HR programs. The deployment formalized recruiting to onboarding handoffs and established data flow between GR8 People ATS and ADP Workforce Now to maintain accuracy and integrity of employee information.
