The finance function supervised AP operations and instituted reconciler responsibilities for balance sheet accounts and bank statements. Expense reporting software was rolled out to field staff and incorporated into reporting and approval workflows used during monthly closes. Governance changes included implementation of financial controls, documented accounting procedures, and supervision structures for AP clerks to ensure accurate reporting. The staff accountant role led GL conversion activities and developed training materials to elevate team proficiency in Sage Intacct, embedding standardized close and reconciliation processes. These actions supported ongoing financial strategies for acquisitions and operational expansion while maintaining routine month-end close and tax filing obligations.

The deployment formalized recruiting to onboarding handoffs and established data flow between GR8 People ATS and ADP Workforce Now to maintain accuracy and integrity of employee information.
