In 2023 Planable deployed Custify CSM Dashboards, an Analytics and BI application, to centralize customer success analytics and lifecycle visibility. The implementation targeted Planable's customer success and CRM processes within its United States operations, establishing the Custify CSM Dashboards as the primary view for onboarding and engagement tracking. The deployment was scoped to a 50 employee professional services organization and aligned to CSM operational workflows and reporting needs.
The project implemented Custify CSM Dashboards modules for health scores and CSM dashboards, configuring complex health scoring logic and lifecycle stages to surface onboarding progress, engagement signals, and accounts at risk. Rollout activities included dashboard configuration, score threshold tuning, and embedding health score driven routines into CSM daily workstreams and CRM standard operating procedures. Planable reported improvements in onboarding, customer engagement and retention following the Custify CSM Dashboards implementation.
