Oracle Legacy Oracle NetSuite ERP ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Plant Therapy deployed Oracle NetSuite ERP as the core ERP Financial system to support ecommerce and back office operations. The implementation positioned Oracle NetSuite ERP as the authoritative product data and financial backbone for product catalog management and commerce-related workflows. Implementation work centered on maintaining the ecommerce integration and extending product data workflows, with the team responsible for ongoing maintenance and development of the Miva Merchant storefront connection to NetSuite. Oracle NetSuite ERP served as the source system for product master records, and configuration efforts emphasized reliable export of product attributes and SKU data for web merchandising. A custom connector was developed and hosted on AWS to synchronize product data from Oracle NetSuite ERP to the Miva Merchant platform, preserving catalog consistency across channels. The environment also included multiple third-party apps connected to the storefront, and the project included a migration of the onsite product reviews widget from Annex Cloud to Yotpo to standardize customer review handling. Operational scope covered ecommerce site operations, merchandising, and marketing coupon workflows, with governance focused on centralizing product data feed control in NetSuite and stabilizing coupon creation processes. The team took lead on coupon configuration and troubleshooting, and was able to vastly reduce the number of issues with coupons as a result of tightened workflow and system ownership.
