In 2022 Plastmeccanica implemented TeamSystem Enterprise as its ERP Financial platform across the three companies in its corporate group in Italy. The engagement provided a single application footprint to centralize corporate accounting and financial management workflows under the TeamSystem Enterprise application.
Configuration work focused on core financial modules typical for an ERP Financial deployment, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset accounting, financial reporting and tax compliance, with multi-entity accounting and intercompany transaction controls configured to reflect the group structure. TeamSystem Enterprise was configured to align chart of accounts and reporting templates across the three legal entities while preserving entity-specific operational differences.
The system integrator REbITe led the implementation, working with Plastmeccanica to map business requirements and deliver customized solutions and improvements consistent with the company modus operandi. REbITe consultants and technicians provided implementation support, configuration, and technical assistance, and their availability and domain expertise were called out as critical during rollout and stabilization.
Governance and operational adoption concentrated on per-company configuration and hands-on consultant support to address critical issues during go live, with ongoing technical and consultancy engagement described as a key added value.
