The Cloudera Enterprise Platform is integrated with Podo’s customer-facing Podo app to surface usage insights, enable customer control of consumption, and support micro-targeted campaigns and segmentation workflows.
Governance and process changes included democratizing analytics access across the company so that decisions are backed by platform data, centralized cluster management with Cloudera Manager, and enterprise security controls in the cloud. Outcomes reported include forecasts that are ten times more accurate with an error rate below one percent, the ability to analyze millions of data lines in seconds to accelerate segmentation and offer delivery, and consumer cost reductions reported up to 30 percent through tailored offers.
