Governance and process restructuring were delivered through a documented business process library and updates to internal control procedures, enabling monitoring of compliance for payroll tax, PAYG, BAS and FBT reporting. The program completed UAT and a validated data migration from Xero, and embedded finance-led process improvements and reconciliation controls into ongoing operations.
