Fluentis Legacy Fluentis ERP Enterprise ERP Financial ERP Financial Management Unotre5 2023 2023
In 2023 Ponzi implemented Fluentis ERP Enterprise as an on premises deployment to consolidate its project centric manufacturing and service operations. Fluentis ERP Enterprise was deployed under the ERP Financial category with the Fluentis ERP Universal Add-On and an implementation engagement led by Unotre5, delivering end to end document navigation across implemented modules. The implementation centered on project and asset management as the primary operational model, with the Fluentis project module configured to capture project lifecycles, roles and activity sequencing. Sales quotes were customized to capture measurements, color, glass type and construction schedules at the document line level, and document management was configured to attach images and technical drawings for detailed quotation and installation packets. Summary data navigation dashboards and production progress dashboards were created to present familiar operational views for operators and to accelerate user adoption. Integration work included a certified interface with EmmeGiSoft F3000 to import bills of materials and optimized profile lists produced by a cutting optimizer, and an integration with EmmeGi Satellite XLE to support automated work center interactions. Production routing and machine level instructions were sent to the shop via the WorkShop software, with processing reports imported back into Fluentis using the BizLink module. Warehouse logistics were expanded to multi warehouse and location based inventory across headquarters and decentralized offices in Rome Milan and Pescara, and two Modula automated warehouses were interfaced to synchronize physical unloading picking and logical inventory with Fluentis. Governance and workflow restructuring emphasized role based ownership, with project manager sales contact and technical manager roles defined in the project module and a workflowed document lifecycle to drive activity handoffs. Notifications were orchestrated through Fluentis activities and email to alert assignees when work steps completed or required takeover. Supplier order management was configured to produce XML orders and transmit them via the Metra S.p.A. portal to meet trading partner requirements. Custom modules were implemented for serial number management of finished goods and automatic opening items, with serials generated at production close and automatically associated to EAM records created from customer orders. Construction site compliance artifacts such as product certifications POS and third party documents like DURC were managed through Fluentis document management and Supervisor alerts to flag missing or expired items, and the POS was automatically assembled to support installation dispatch. After sales requirements were addressed with simplified forms including production plan order portfolio EAM analysis and project summary to provide consolidated visibility into orders interventions and production progress, and the client testimonial records complete navigation between documents and recreated summary dashboards for users.
