The implementation covers roughly 200 users across Pori Energia Group and spans finance, project teams, procurement, operations, and service maintenance groups, with Aveso committed to ongoing maintenance and development support. Governance and process changes centered on adopting standard IFS processes and an Evergreen model for continuous updates, backed by Pori Energia project team engagement and Aveso consulting expertise. Reported outcomes from the deployment include enhanced and streamlined processes, reduced manual work and error potential through new automations such as invoice processing, and a platform posture that facilitates keeping the system up to date and secure without heavy one time upgrades.
