In 2021, Post Consumer Brands implemented Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne as the core ERP Financial application to support finance, cash management, and supply chain orchestration. The rollout was paired with a Boomi centered integration and master data strategy to reduce manual file transfers and to create consistent golden records across HR and finance applications.
The implementation focused on financial and supply chain modules within Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, including data extraction from the JDE financial module and JDE Orchestrator for automated orchestration. Post used Boomi DataHub to establish master data management for employee records, enforcing division specific business rules and removing the need for manual sorting of large flat files. The IT organization moved from custom coded Oracle integrations toward low code Boomi orchestration to accelerate development and increase reuse.
Integrations were built to connect Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne with HighRadius for cash management workflows, MVP One and Infor Datastream 7i for asset maintenance, Gatekeeper for vendor and contract lifecycle management, and downstream analytics and planning platforms including Snowflake Cloud Data Platform and Kinaxis Maestro. The integration architecture leveraged Boomi Integration, Boomi API Management, Boomi DataHub, Boomi Queues, and Boomi Managed Cloud Service, together with Azure cloud storage and Azure Service Bus to enable a pub sub event driven model and to move JSON payloads between systems.
Governance and process changes centered on master data standards and repeatable acquisition integration patterns, including a new MRO data standard enforced through Boomi integrations across parts, plants, and asset systems. The program covered HR, finance, supply chain planning, and multiple manufacturing plants brought in through acquisitions, and Post trained an internal team of 12 Boomi developers to operationalize and scale integrations.
Explicit outcomes reported by the program include improved data quality and consistency from Boomi DataHub, streamlined and more reliable HR and cash management workflows, greater continuity for ERP upgrades and maintenance without disrupting connected applications, and the ability to onboard acquired brands while keeping their existing business systems operational. The integration foundation enabled Post to synchronize, clean, enrich, and update data in near real time across the Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne driven ERP Financial environment.

| Snowflake | Legacy | Snowflake Data Cloud | Data Warehouse | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Post Consumer Brands provisioned Snowflake Data Cloud as its enterprise Data Warehouse to centralize acquired and operational data. The Snowflake Data Cloud became the primary data lake and analytics repository, integrated into an event driven integration fabric orchestrated with Boomi and implemented with PreludeSys as the system integrator.
The deployment leveraged Boomi Integration, Boomi API Management, Boomi DataHub, Boomi Queues, and Boomi Managed Cloud Service to normalize, validate, and feed data into Snowflake Data Cloud. Boomi DataHub created golden records for employee master data so HR applications could consume consistent personnel information without manual flat file processing, and Boomi orchestrations converted Oracle JD Edwards extracts into JSON for Snowflake ingestion. The Snowflake Data Cloud housed consolidated datasets that supported downstream supply chain planning in Kinaxis Rapid Response Maestro and other internal business systems.
Integration scope explicitly included Oracle JD Edwards, HighRadius, Kinaxis Rapid Response now known as Kinaxis Maestro, MVP One, Infor Datastream 7i, Gatekeeper, and Azure cloud storage, with defined flows for sales orders, shipped orders, demand orders, and revenue forecasts from acquired brands. PreludeSys and Post built event driven services using Boomi Queues and Azure Service Bus, and used Boomi HTTP Connector to move data between the Snowflake Cloud Data Platform, JDE, and Maestro. The implementation handled ingestion from acquisitions including Peter Pan and multiple pet food brands, allowing acquired plants to continue on existing applications while feeding centralized Snowflake datasets for planning and analytics.
Governance work established a new MRO data standard enforced through Boomi integrations to Gatekeeper and EAM systems, and instituted master data management via Boomi DataHub as a single source of truth for employee and MRO data. The program created a repeatable integration pattern for future acquisitions and trained 12 developers on Boomi to operationalize the integration layer. Post Consumer Brands reported quicker, more reliable HR data transfers, improved connectivity among business applications, and a centralized Snowflake Data Cloud Data Warehouse supporting supply chain planning and cross application analytics.

| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft 365 | Collaboration | Collaboration | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, Post Consumer Brands implemented Microsoft 365 as its primary Collaboration platform. The Microsoft 365 deployment is referenced on the company website and was provisioned to support enterprise collaboration across corporate functions.
The implementation centers on core Microsoft 365 capabilities such as Exchange Online for email, SharePoint Online for intranet and document publishing, OneDrive for personal file storage, Microsoft Teams for real time communication, and the Office desktop and web apps for content creation. Configuration signals are consistent with a centralized tenant architecture, role based access control for site and file permissions, and cloud first delivery of collaboration services. Microsoft 365 is used to enable document collaboration, internal communications, meeting and chat workflows and intranet publishing.
Operational coverage includes corporate departments that depend on collaboration tooling, with Microsoft 365 surfaceable through the public website to deliver authenticated content and collaboration entry points. Standard integrations implied by this architecture include single tenant identity alignment and web based authentication, and content publishing flows from SharePoint into customer facing pages. The implementation supports both browser based and client application access patterns.
Governance appears to be organized around tenant administration, site provisioning, and information governance controls typical for Microsoft 365 deployments, including access management and policy based content retention. Post Consumer Brands Microsoft 365 Collaboration supports business functions including corporate communications, marketing and operations with centralized administration and standard user onboarding workflows.
