In 2020, Prowler Proof engaged ArtisGroup through an ArtisAccelerate engagement to advance into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central was adopted as the ERP Financial platform to centralize core accounting and provide a unified finance backbone for the manufacturing business.
The deployment focused on financial core modules consistent with ERP Financial implementations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and costing and inventory valuation capabilities. Configuration work emphasized a streamlined chart of accounts, dimensional analysis for job and product costing, automated posting rules, and role based security to support finance and operational accounting workflows.
ArtisGroup executed the work in phased stages under the ArtisAccelerate methodology, with the first phase already delivering impactful results and Prowler Proof gearing up for the next phase toward full Business Central adoption. Operational scope centered on finance, procurement and shop floor costing within Prowler Proofs Australian operations, and governance activities included phased rollout planning, change control, and user enablement coordinated by ArtisGroup.

In 2019, Prowler Proof implemented LivePerson Conversational Cloud on its public website. Prowler Proof uses LivePerson Conversational Cloud, a Chatbots and Conversational AI application, to centralize web-based customer engagement and to handle customer support and pre-sales conversational workflows.
The implementation focused on a cloud-hosted conversational orchestration layer, deploying a browser-embedded chat widget and configured bot flows with intent classification and scripted response paths. Functional configuration included session management, human handoff pathways to an agent console, rich message templates for product assistance, and conversation analytics instrumentation within the LivePerson Conversational Cloud management console.
Deployment architecture leverages the LivePerson Conversational Cloud as a SaaS service with the website embedding connecting to centralized conversation state and agent tooling, avoiding on-premises infrastructure. Operational coverage is concentrated on Prowler Proof's customer-facing web channel, with support and sales personnel using the LivePerson agent interface to monitor, intervene, and manage conversations.
Governance and runbook activity emphasized conversational script management, regular intent tuning, and quality assurance of automated responses, with an incremental website rollout to refine bot flows and escalation rules. LivePerson Conversational Cloud supplies centralized dashboards and configuration controls that Prowler Proof's customer support leads use to manage conversational policies and ongoing tuning.
