The deployment targeted the marketing and creative team in the United States and focused on review of digital and print marketing collateral for events and member communications. GoVisually was configured to provide online proofing with visual annotation, version control, threaded comments, and approval routing, aligning with standard Product Review Management workflows. The implementation centralized proofs in a cloud-accessible repository and enforced structured review steps to reduce ambiguity in creative feedback. Operational rollout completed in 2020, and the marketing and creative team reports faster, clearer proofing and reduced turnaround time for event and member communications since going live. Governance remained within the marketing organization, with standardized review and approval checkpoints embedded in proof workflows to support consistent signoff.
