Configuration work focused on statement formatting, reconciliation rules, automated posting templates, and role based access for accounts payable and treasury users.
The design accommodated integrations with PPG enterprise ERPs and banking channels to support statement data exchange and payment reconciliation, using standard connector and file transfer patterns rather than bespoke middleware. Operational coverage targeted enterprise finance and accounts payable processes and was scoped to centralize statement management and reduce manual reconciliation across shared services.
Governance relied on the ASM Blueprint to drive process change, the user acceptance testing program to validate end to end workflows, and a structured go-live support window to stabilize operations. Support activities included UAT facilitation and post go-live operational support for Serrala FinanceSuite Account Statement Manager.

Configuration work included creation of orchestrated reboot processes and failure-handling workflows, and the platform was extended with automation hooks using PowerShell and vRealize Orchestrator to reduce manual intervention for repetitive tickets.
Operational monitoring and incident handling were layered with existing tools, AppWorx workflows were monitored alongside SCOM for server alerts and SolarWinds Orion for network alerts, and incidents were tracked through the enterprise Infra Ticketing System. The implementation supported orchestration actions against the virtual server estate, with AppWorx used to manage reboot and maintenance workflows involving VMware ESXi hosts, while backup and recovery activities were coordinated with enterprise backup administration practices.
Governance and runbook changes accompanied the rollout, with shift supervisors and operations analysts adopting routine checks, documentation standards, and escalation paths for failed workflows. Operational responsibilities included workflow troubleshooting, identification of alerting trends, and communications for maintenance and outage events, establishing clear ownership for job failure resolution and ongoing workload automation operations.
