Oracle Legacy Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial ERP n/a 2014 2015
In 2014 PRAN RFL Group implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial platform. The deployment was positioned to centralize finance and operational data across the group and to anchor transactional accounting for manufacturing and trading businesses. The implementation emphasized Oracle E-Business Suite modules for OPM Manufacturing, Inventory, and Purchasing, with bespoke configuration and customization to align production, inventory valuation, and procurement workflows. Project work included development of VAT software for the trading business covering more than 80 depots and showrooms, and a VAT Automation software solution deployed for all companies within the PRAN RFL Group. Oracle E-Business Suite integrations extended to external application software and databases, including payment gateway integration with Bkash and point of sale system integrations with DailyShopping, BestBuy, Vision, Regal, TastryTreat, Mithai and Walker to capture instant payment notifications. These integrations supported order monitoring, POS reconciliation, and home delivery related workflows and linked transactional sales and payment events back into the ERP Financial ledger. Governance and rollout activities included conference room pilot and user acceptance testing sessions, structured user training, change request management, and ongoing application support roles delivered by internal IT staff. Operational coverage spanned manufacturing companies and trading depots across the PRAN RFL Group, with implemented controls and customization management for OPM Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchasing and VAT automation modules within Oracle E-Business Suite.

In 2018, PRAN RFL Group deployed DigitalOcean Droplets as its Application Hosting and Computing Services to host and serve the public pranfoods.net website. The company uses DigitalOcean Droplets as the compute layer for web front-end and associated application processes, with DigitalOcean Droplets providing the primary virtual server infrastructure for the site. The implementation focuses on provisioning and managing virtual server instances to run web servers, application-tier processes, and supporting services.
