The implementation centralized data previously scattered across spreadsheets and disparate sources onto a single platform, enabling standardized collection, validation, and framework specific disclosure workflows. The platform was positioned to integrate with different business processes within the organization to provide a consolidated view of sustainability across the business and across frameworks, improving transparency for executives and the sustainability team. Deployment was completed within 10 weeks at Precious Shipping’s Thailand head office, and the project emphasized governance changes that reduced manual procedures and formalized reporting processes under a single application.
