The Mitchell RepairCenter implementation aligned operational modules to standardize scheduling and parts coordination, and the case study documents active use of Shop Clock and Parts Management in daily operations.
Rollout spanned both locations and focused on stabilizing cycle time and throughput processes within shop operations and parts/vendor coordination.
