In 2021, Precision Measurements implemented Paycor Analytics, a Workforce Analytics application, as part of a Paycor suite covering payroll, HR, and onboarding across its U.S. operations. The deployment centralized HR and payroll data within the Paycor platform to eliminate manual administrative tasks and enable automated reporting workflows.
Implementation included configuration of payroll processing, core HR recordkeeping, and digital onboarding modules alongside Paycor Analytics for visual analytics and faster, custom report generation. Paycor Analytics was used to provide dashboarded visualizations and ad hoc reporting capabilities, accelerating payroll reconciliation and HR trend analysis while replacing spreadsheet-based reporting processes.
Operational ownership was consolidated within HR and payroll functions, with rollout scoped to the companys U.S. operations and governance adjusted to standardize reporting, access controls, and audit trails. The project improved payroll accuracy and streamlined HR processes, embedding Paycor Analytics as the primary Workforce Analytics layer for ongoing reporting and analytics.
