In 2022, Prezent Idealny deployed BonCard Planeta Nagrod as its Customer Loyalty solution to run consumer promotions tied to e-commerce and social media channels in Poland. The engagement centered on the June 9 to 30, 2022 Wygraj Multikartę Prezent Idealny contest, where Multikarta rewards were provisioned to contest winners via BonCard processes.
BonCard Planeta Nagrod was used to operate contest management workflows and gift-card fulfilment, inferred from the campaign mechanics and BonCard Planeta Nagród gift card capabilities.
