In 2016 Priority Envelope implemented EFI Pace as its Manufacturing ERP to centralize production control and cost reporting. The engagement included advisory resources to provide direction and objectives using EFI Prism software alongside EFI Pace for shop floor instrumentation and data capture.
Implementation work concentrated on shop floor data collection, job costing workflows, production scheduling, inventory controls, and integrated cost reporting.
