Cleverence Legacy Cleverence Asset Management Enterprise Asset Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2022 2022
In 2022 Privolzhsky Research Medical University implemented Cleverence Asset Management, a solution in the Enterprise Asset Management category. The deployment targeted fixed-asset accounting across the university campuses in Nizhny Novgorod, and it focused on finance and asset-management functions. The project was delivered with First BIT as the implementation partner. The implementation combined RFID tagging and handheld terminals to create mobile inventory workflows inside Cleverence Asset Management. Configuration emphasized centralized asset registers, mobile scanning workflows, and explicit status attributes for repair and retirement to support lifecycle tracking. These Enterprise Asset Management capabilities were applied to accelerate physical inventory cycles and to provide operational visibility for asset stewards and finance teams. Integration with the university 1C system was implemented to synchronize fixed-asset records and accounting data between Cleverence Asset Management and the finance environment. RFID readers and handheld terminals capture tag reads that are reconciled back to 1C, enabling asset record updates and status changes to flow into financial and asset-management ledgers. Rollout covered multiple campuses and centralized inventory control, restructuring inventory processes for the asset-management and finance departments. The implementation achieved up to 8 times faster inventory tasks and enabled clearer status tracking of expensive equipment, including repair and retirement states.
