| Epicor | Legacy | Epicor ERP | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Probe CX implemented Epicor ERP as its core ERP Financial system. The Epicor ERP deployment consolidated transactional finance workstreams across subsidiaries and corporate entities and was explicitly used to migrate balance sheet accounts, accounts payable invoices and accounts receivable invoices from Shoe Book software into a single ERP Financial platform.
The implementation covered core financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset register management, and routine payroll journal posting, with configuration to support prepayments, accruals and quarterly business activity statement filing. Teams used Epicor ERP for month end closing activities and P and L variance analysis, with reporting and automated distribution workflows established to meet internal KPIs for close and distribution timing.
Operational coverage extended to AP and AR departments across Probe Group subsidiaries, including reconciliation of multi-entity and foreign exchange balances between Australian entities and a Philippines-based subsidiary. The project handled scaled payment volumes described in source records, including weekly vendor payment runs and monthly creditor reconciliations, and preserved a fixed asset register valued at over $2.8M within Epicor ERP.
Governance and process changes accompanied the technical deployment, with AP team leaders instituting KPI thresholds such as close of business on the second business day for journal and report distribution and electronic report routing to reduce paper consumption. Outcomes documented in source records from the Epicor ERP era include improved cashflow management quantified as a $500K working capital benefit, a $200K working capital increase attributed to cash management changes, operational efficiencies including an 80 percent reduction in manual data entry time through automation, a $7K telecommunications cost saving, and the ability to reconcile complex foreign exchange accounts within hours while maintaining statutory compliance through regular BAS submissions.

| Phenom | Legacy | PhenomPeople ATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021 Probe CX implemented PhenomPeople ATS as its Applicant Tracking System to centralize recruitment workflows for Talent Acquisition and recruitment functions. PhenomPeople ATS was provisioned as the enterprise recruitment layer supporting requisition management, candidate lifecycle tracking, interview orchestration and offer management.
Deployment combined the PhenomPeople ATS SaaS application with explicit integrations to Workday, numerous workforce management systems and Preceda Payroll as part of the broader HR technology landscape. Configuration focused on automated requisition-to-hire workflows, role-based recruiting permissions, candidate data synchronization and maintaining a single source of truth between the Applicant Tracking System and core HR and payroll systems.
Governance was executed through a program management construct during Phase 2 of a concurrent Workday rollout, which also encompassed Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance, Learning Management, Time Tracking and the Peakon employee feedback tool. The rollout required cross-functional coordination across HR, payroll and workforce management teams, with program-level integration oversight to align recruiting processes, data flows and operational handoffs.

| HubSpot | Legacy | Hubspot Live Chat | Chatbots and Conversational AI | AI-Powered Application | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019 Probe CX implemented Hubspot Live Chat on its website, deploying a real-time conversational channel classified within Chatbots and Conversational AI. Probe CX is a Professional Services firm with approximately 19,000 employees and used Hubspot Live Chat to add synchronous web messaging and automated pre-chat capture to its digital engagement stack. The deployment established a web-facing chat widget and chatflow entry points for inbound customer and prospect interactions.
Configuration focused on standard Hubspot Live Chat capabilities, including customizable chat widget behavior, scripted responses and chatflows, visitor context capture, and transcript logging to support sales and customer support workflows. Operational ownership was concentrated with digital engagement and customer experience teams, and rollout scope was limited to Probe CX public web properties where the chat widget was embedded. Governance emphasized templated response libraries and routing rules to ensure consistent handling of inbound conversations.
