In 2019, Prodperfect implemented FINSYNC Accounting, an ERP Financial application, to centralize finance operations for its Boston based startup. The deployment used FINSYNC Accounting as a cloud hosted finance platform to consolidate invoicing, cash management and bookkeeping workflows into a single system of record. The implementation focused on core finance functions including accounts receivable, cash flow monitoring and working capital visibility, aligning the small finance footprint with automated bookkeeping capabilities.
Configuration concentrated on invoicing modules, a cash flow dashboard and bookkeeping and working capital features inferred from a founder interview, enabling predictable budget and working capital visibility. Integrations with other systems were not specified, so the rollout emphasized native ERP Financial functionality and process consolidation across billing and cash operations. Governance changes centralized billing and reconciliation responsibilities within the finance owner, standardized invoicing cadence, and instrumented cash flow reporting for operational decision making. As implemented, FINSYNC Accounting provided Prodperfect with centralized invoicing and cash flow management and improved visibility into budget and working capital.
