In 2011, Prokoz implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP to centralize finance and accounting operations. The deployment targeted ERP Financial capabilities, establishing a cloud hosted financial management foundation for the company’s accounting activities.
Oracle NetSuite ERP was configured with core financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and fixed asset management, aligned to a single chart of accounts. Standard financial reporting and period close workflows were implemented, with role based access controls and audit trail configuration to support small team controls.
The implementation served Prokoz’s finance and accounting functions within the United States and was provisioned as a SaaS instance of Oracle NetSuite ERP. Governance emphasis included documented period close procedures, account mapping and user permission governance to formalize routine accounting operations.
