In 2023, Proofbind implemented TrueBays StackHX HRMS to deliver Core HR capabilities across its organization. Proofbind is an IT service provider based in the United Arab Emirates operating three legal entities named Yellow Zone, Wrap Zone and Allure, and sought a basic HR platform to centralize employee records and payroll.
TrueBays StackHX HRMS was configured with core modules including employee manager, payroll and end of service benefits, together with attendance and onboarding components from the StackHX HR & Payroll Software suite. Configuration focused on payroll calculation rules and benefit entitlement logic to reflect Proofbind's operating policies across its entities. The implementation emphasized record management, leave tracking and reimbursement processing as primary functional workflows.
Deployment scope covered all three Proofbind legal entities, provisioned as separate company records within the same Core HR instance to maintain shared configuration while isolating payroll and benefit calculations per entity. Operational coverage included HR administration, payroll processing, leave management and end of service benefit calculations for employees across the entities.
TrueBays customized the StackHX HRMS to align with Proofbind's processes, enabling greater flexibility in tracking staff information, staff leaves, payroll and reimbursements.
