In 2022, Property Council New Zealand implemented Professional Advantage Upbeat in the Association Management category, deploying Professional Advantage as the system integrator and leveraging the underlying Dynamics 365 platform. The implementation included an Agend member portal integration to consolidate a nationwide membership structure and to provide a unified front end for member interactions and self service across the organization.
The Professional Advantage Upbeat deployment focused on core Association Management capabilities including centralized membership management, event management workflows, finance integration points and automated invoicing processes. Configuration work emphasized registration tracking, membership lifecycle management, and a consistent data model to improve data quality across member and event records.
Integrations were explicitly scoped to the Agend member portal and finance systems, and the project covered operational use across member services, events teams and finance functions throughout New Zealand. The architecture combined the Professional Advantage Upbeat application with the Agend portal to streamline transactional flows between member touchpoints and back office finance processes.
Governance and rollout centered on centralizing membership data and standardizing invoicing and registration workflows to reduce manual processing. The project reduced manual invoicing work, improved registration tracking and data quality, and materially increased member satisfaction and reporting reliability.
