Support coverage extended to Windows, Linux, and Mac desktop environments, and teams used standard troubleshooting techniques to diagnose hardware and network issues. All conferencing and endpoint software was maintained under inventory and licensing processes to ensure software was properly licensed and kept up to date. Day to day governance centered on tier 1 and tier 2 support resolution, responding to end-user requests and guiding users through basic troubleshooting steps. The implementation emphasized operational readiness and multi-platform desktop support rather than architectural transformation outcomes.
