Oracle Legacy Oracle e-Business Suite Accounts Payable AP Automation ERP Financial Management n/a 2011 2012
In 2011 PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta implemented Oracle e-Business Suite Accounts Payable, deploying the application as part of its AP Automation coverage to centralize invoice processing and asset accounting across stations. The rollout targeted accounts payable workflows for purchasing fixed assets and validation for the Silver line of business, aligning invoice capture to downstream asset and ledger processes. The Accounts Payable module was configured for supplier invoice input and three way matching against purchase orders, applying prepayments, and attaching VAT in documentation and With Holding Tax article 23 as part of the invoice record. The implementation included invoice validation rules for the Silver line and printing of invoice journal entries to support subsequent asset capitalization and general ledger posting. A centralized Asset module within Oracle was used to add fixed assets and record Construction in Progress CIP, tag assets, capitalize CIP to fixed assets, execute disposals, and transfer assets between departments or stations. The Asset module generated depreciation for both commercial book and fiscal book, produced asset lists and CIP outstanding reports, and supported clearing of asset outstanding items prior to journal transfer. General Ledger processes in Oracle were used to receive transferred fixed asset journals and to record manual journals for asset adjustments and other entries, with account maintenance and analysis for asset related accounts including down payments, term payments and final payments. Financial statement workflows were established to produce combined and per station financial statements, and income statements by station and line of business, while supporting reporting for the holding company and assisting the budget department with capital expenditure submissions and depreciation projections for budgeting. Operational governance included scheduled physical asset verifications once every two years and spare part inventory checks once every year, reinforcing control over tagged assets and inventory. Workflows linked AP invoice validation, Asset capitalization, and GL journal transfer, creating an auditable path from supplier invoice through asset creation to financial reporting under the Oracle e-Business Suite Accounts Payable deployment.

Hexagon Legacy Hexagon Ecosys Project Portfolio Management PPM n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta implemented Hexagon Ecosys, a Project Portfolio Management application. The deployment established a centralized Project Portfolio Management capability to consolidate project financials and operational project tracking across the Finance, Accounting & Tax Department and Airport Services operations. Hexagon Ecosys was configured to support portfolio and project financial tracking, project-level billing and accounts receivable workflows, and month-end accounting data flows that align with existing invoicing and bank receipt processes. Configuration emphasized financial controls, project cost allocation, and reporting to support the billing and collection sub-department that manages International Cargo Handling and Ground Handling financial tasks. The implementation integrated with the companys Oracle EBS database for bank receipts and invoice records and aligned operational status updates with CoSys used in Cargo Handling daily operations. Integration patterns focused on data exchange for AR, invoice management, and project cost inputs, enabling Finance and Operations to reference a common project financial dataset. Governance workstreams standardized billing and collection workflows, formalized supporting data requirements for monthly closing, and instituted approval and reconciliation processes within Hexagon Ecosys to support corporate accounting procedures. Operational coverage included Finance, Accounting & Tax, Airport Services unit activities for cargo and ground handling, with the platform functionally centered on project financial orchestration rather than line-level operational scheduling.
