Rollout governance included workshops for requirements gathering, formalized UAT, and documented system design and configuration artifacts to support operational handover. The engagement focused on establishing repeatable operational processes for finance and sales reporting, with training and live assistance built into the go live phase to stabilize use of Infor SunSystems and related workflows.
