| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle e-Business Suite Accounts Payable | AP Automation | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2012 | 2012 |
In 2012 PT Sampoerna Strategic began an upgrade to Oracle e-Business Suite Accounts Payable as part of a broader Oracle EBS R12 migration across its corporate group. The project ran from May 2012 to March 2013 and was associated with PT. Metrodata Electronics Tbk., targeting AP Automation for PT Sampoerna Strategic and eight affiliated companies headquartered in Jakarta.
The implementation scope reviewed and redefined existing business processes related to Oracle EBS modules AP, AR, FA, CM, GL and PO, preparing functional designs for R12. Testing and configuration work focused on module setup and personalization to R12, with the project team assigning a functional lead to coordinate requirements, validation scripts and cutover activities for Oracle e-Business Suite Accounts Payable.
Integration work documented and validated interfaces between Oracle EBS and Sampoerna Strategic’s internal programs, ensuring accounts payable transactional flows and master data exchanges aligned with the upgraded application. Operational coverage included corporate finance and accounts payable functions across the nine-company group, with configuration aligning chart of accounts, supplier master rules and procure-to-pay touchpoints.
Governance emphasized process review, module-level configuration controls and scripted testing cycles during the May 2012 to March 2013 rollout, alongside role based responsibility mapping for finance teams. The narrative centers on a functional upgrade from Oracle EBS R11i to R12 and the targeted deployment of Oracle e-Business Suite Accounts Payable within the AP Automation category for enterprise finance operations.

| Temenos | Legacy | Temenos T24 | Core Banking | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013, PT Sampoerna Strategic implemented Temenos T24 as its Core Banking platform. The Temenos T24 deployment was targeted at Bank Sahabat Sampoerna and rolled out across 24 branches nationwide under the corporate IT leadership responsible for IT policies and centralized corporate IT services.
The Temenos T24 implementation focused on standard core banking capabilities, including account management, deposit and withdrawal processing, transaction posting, teller and branch banking workflows, and loan servicing and basic general ledger interfacing. Configuration work emphasized branch parameterization and operational workflows to support in-branch transaction processing and centralized posting cycles consistent with Core Banking functional patterns.
Deployment architecture leveraged the holding company’s move to IAAS and PAAS for its datacenter, with Temenos T24 provisioned on the consolidated virtual server estate that the IT organization reduced and optimized. The program used an on demand cloud DRC capability for disaster recovery coverage and operated within the corporate datacenter and branch connectivity footprint, extending operational coverage to all 24 branches.
Governance of the Temenos T24 rollout aligned with the broader IT operating model the Head of IT instituted, including ITIL based service management for support teams, datacenter back charging to business units, and SLA driven corporate IT services. The implementation is recorded as successfully completed across the 24 Bank Sahabat Sampoerna branches, and it formed part of a wider portfolio of IT modernization efforts run by PT Sampoerna Strategic.
