In 2017 PT. SinarBaru WijayaPerkasa implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial platform. The deployment was focused on operationalizing core finance and administrative functions across a 300 employee construction and real estate organization in Indonesia, with IT Analyst Development and Support resources working on application development and maintenance.
The implementation included functional development across Human Resource, Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, procurement, inventory and sales order processing. Development used Oracle Form and Oracle Report 11g to build a broad set of transactional forms such as Gang Activity Employee, Employee Overtime, Material Request, Store Issue, Parameter Control, Period Control Lock Module, Employee Status, Store Issue Voucher, Vehicle, DO Hauling, Document Status, Document Expired, Gain Lose, Vehicle Tire, Tonase, Ritase, Payment Request, Payment Voucher, Receive Voucher, AP Invoice, Purchase Request, Purchase Order, GRN, Purchase Invoice, Sales Invoice, Sales Invoice Misc., Sales Order, Shipping Instruction and Final Shipment, and to configure core financial ledgers and subledger posting workflows.
Reporting and operational intelligence was delivered through Oracle Report 11g with reports including Employee Salary, BPJS Kesehatan, Monthly Overtime, Employee Food Allowance, Jamsostek Karyawan, Gang Activity, Slip Overtime, Attendance Check List, Material Request, Store Request, Production Cost, List PPH21, Vehicle, Rekap Bonus Tonase, Monitoring Cuti, Payment Request, Payment Voucher, Monitoring Purchase Request, Document Status and Vehicle Production among other operational reports. These reports were designed to support payroll, statutory contributions, production costing and procurement monitoring consistent with ERP Financial controls.
Governance and process controls were embedded through Parameter Control and Period Control Lock Module features, and Document Status and Document Expired functionality to enforce posting windows and document lifecycle rules. The work emphasized automating transactional flows between procurement, inventory and finance modules, and relied on inhouse ERP development and support to maintain Oracle E-Business Suite configurations and bespoke Oracle Forms and Reports extensions.
