In 2016, Publicis Sapient implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial application. The deployment targeted core finance and procurement processes for the professional services organization, with modules aligned to purchasing, expense management, vendor master, and accounts payable functions.
Oracle E-Business Suite was configured to support raising purchase orders and to provision supplier master records, reflecting explicit operational signals for procurement and vendor onboarding. The team completed full training on the Oracle Expense systems database, indicating a structured rollout of expense management configurations and user enablement for expense capture and approval workflows.
Functional implementation emphasized purchase order lifecycle and external vendor setup, with system controls implemented around vendor creation and PO issuance to support accounts payable processing. Integration patterns were aligned to standard ERP Financial practices, including reconciliation between procurement, expense, and the general ledger to ensure transactional continuity across finance functions.
Governance focused on workflow controls and user training to operationalize procurement and expense policies, and vendor setup processes were governed by defined approval steps during rollout. Oracle E-Business Suite serves as the central ERP Financial application for procurement, expense, vendor management, and accounts payable at Publicis Sapient.

In 2016, Publicis Sapient implemented Avature CRM as its Candidate Relationship Management platform to centralize recruiting and HR hiring operations. The implementation was managed within PMO Hiring Ops, with a systems administrator function based in the Bengaluru area responsible for global CRM administration and day to day platform governance.
Avature CRM was configured to deliver reporting and analytics, candidate repository management, referral campaign analysis, and a repository for non core skills job descriptions, consistent with Candidate Relationship Management functional workflows. Implemented capabilities included configurable reports to track and measure performance and stakeholder experience, CRM enhancements aligned to global standards, and administration of hiring tool access and user acceptance testing for hiring tools.
Operational coverage included India region support as the primary point of contact for hiring tool issues, and specific US scope for managing green card postings and preparing applicant review forms and required documentation for the US legal team. Governance and process workstreams included documenting new processes, educating HR and Recruiting teams on best practices, running UATs, and maintaining training materials and process documentation on Box.
Workstreams were oriented toward process improvements to help meet Recruiting hiring objectives and to reduce manual tracking of tools, while the CRM administrator created reports and training content to embed continuous improvement across Recruiting and HR. The implementation drew on hands on administration experience with Avature CRM and operational familiarity with Taleo within the hiring ecosystem.

In 2010, Publicis Sapient designed and built a Reporting Repository using Oracle OBIEE for Analytics and BI. The initiative focused on establishing a single metadata layer to standardize reporting definitions and enable consistent, repeatable analyses across professional services reporting needs.
The implementation centered on Oracle OBIEE repository development, including RPD modeling of logical subject areas, configuration of presentation catalog artifacts, and creation of reusable dashboard and report templates. Oracle OBIEE was configured to separate the metadata layer from presentation services, supporting role based security, catalog management, and scheduled versus ad hoc consumption patterns.
Deployment architecture emphasized a two tier separation between the BI application layer and the underlying data storage, with logical to physical mapping in the repository to represent enterprise data sources. The Reporting Repository design included governance controls for metadata change management, versioned repository updates, and catalog promotion workflows to coordinate report releases with business stakeholders.
Operational governance established owner driven subject areas and staged rollouts by report family, enabling controlled adoption and iterative refinement of business logic. The work produced a centralized Oracle OBIEE Reporting Repository that served as the canonical metadata and presentation foundation for Analytics and BI at Publicis Sapient.
