Operational ownership was aligned to front office functions, enabling marketing and customer service to manage enrollment, segmentation and targeted outreach workflows directly through InterMail IM Loyalty, with configuration focused on out of the box loyalty capabilities and administrative tooling rather than bespoke integrations.
