The program delivered Oracle NetSuite ERP in a five month timeline alongside NetSuite CRM, Sales Force Service Cloud, and Flexnet Operations On-Demand.
Oracle NetSuite ERP was configured to support core financial management, billing and order to cash workflows, and CRM transaction records through NetSuite CRM. Configuration work emphasized chart of accounts design, customer invoicing and billing automation, and revenue handling consistent with software entitlement sales.
Flexnet Operations On-Demand was provisioned specifically for entitlement management and software downloads, while Sales Force Service Cloud was stood up to manage customer service and support case workflows. These cloud systems were implemented in parallel to align licensing entitlement, download provisioning and customer support processes with the financial and CRM records.
The rollout was executed as a compressed cloud first program completed in five months, with governance focused on finance process ownership, billing workflow controls and entitlement governance to support the new legal entity transacting business. Oracle NetSuite ERP was positioned as the authoritative financial system with operational ownership placed in finance and product operations to sustain billing and entitlement operations.
