In 2017, Q Analysts LLC implemented ALOM Inventory Management, a Supply Chain Management application. The deployment targeted inventory control and asset tracking in support of the companys Professional Services operations and was oriented to align with existing Agile and waterfall SDLC practices used across the organization.
ALOM Inventory Management was configured to provide inventory control, part tracking, and configuration management capabilities consistent with Supply Chain Management workflows. The implementation was embedded into Q Analysts LLCs application stack and instrumented to expose status and change information needed for project delivery and quality processes.
Integrations were explicitly established with ALOM QC, Rally dev, Remedy, and internal applications to enable synchronization of quality records, development backlogs, incident tickets, and internal procurement references. Operational responsibility spanned project delivery teams and IT operations, with governance focused on mapping inventory items to SDLC change tickets, enforcing change control through ALOM QC and Remedy, and preserving traceability into Rally dev and internal systems.
