Data from the consumer-facing QR-code surveys fed into analytics and reporting views designed for product and packaging analysis, enabling rapid triage of written feedback alongside quantitative response distributions.
Operational scope focused on Norway and targeted FMCG product lines, with product and packaging teams designated as primary consumers of the insights. The implementation emphasized short-cycle insight delivery, aligning captured feedback with existing product development and packaging decision workflows to support faster interpretation and action.
The September 2023 pilot outcome was explicit, with roughly 17,000 responses and a high share of written comments, and Foodback delivered rapid, actionable insight to Q-Meieriene Norway product and packaging teams. Foodback supported real-time feedback capture and analytics within the Customer Experience context, improving the companys visibility into consumer reactions to products and packaging during the pilot period.
