The deployment used a multi user Enterprise edition configuration to enable concurrent access for finance and administrative staff, and role based permissions were applied to segregate duties and protect financial data. The rollout emphasized process standardization for chart of accounts, invoicing and payment approval workflows, and enabled audit trail and reporting feeds for management accounting and statutory reporting. Existing staff working knowledge with QuickBooks shaped training and configuration choices during the rollout, and governance responsibilities were assigned to finance leadership for ongoing maintenance and reconciliation.
