The Anoud Insurance Platform was provisioned to consolidate policy administration, claims processing and product management workflows for commercial and health insurance lines.
Configuration work focused on core functional modules typical of an Insurance ERP, including policy administration, claims lifecycle management, billing and premium accounting, underwriting rule configuration and product catalog management for health insurance offerings. Implementation teams emphasized configurable business rules and parameterized product templates to support regional product variations and regulatory differences.
The rollout spanned multiple affiliated entities and geographies, with documented successful implementations at Qatar Insurance Company in Qatar and the UAE, Oman Qatar Insurance Company in Oman, Kuwait Qatar Insurance Company in Kuwait, Damaan Islamic Insurance Company in Qatar, NAGICO Insurance across 21 Caribbean territories, Elmo Insurance Company in the EU, Professional Insurance Company in Africa, and Al Buhaira National Insurance Company in the UAE.
