In 2004, Quantum implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as an ERP Financial platform, deploying version 11.5.10 across a global multi-organization footprint. The Oracle E-Business Suite 11.5.10 initiative was a fresh implementation that included system integration work involving Quantum 11.5.8 and Certance 11.5.9 systems, and targeted nine operating units including Colorado Costa Mesa US, United Kingdom, Japan, Singapore, Australia, Ireland, Swiss, Irvine Scotland and Penang Malaysia. The project was organized around a multi-org architecture to support consolidated financial processing and cross-border operational control.
The implementation configured core financial and HR functionality, with Fixed Assets FA, Accounts Payable AP and HR Foundation modules brought online as primary components of the Oracle E-Business Suite deployment. Configuration work emphasized subledger and ledger alignment, fundamental AP invoice and payment processing flows, and HR Foundation setups for centralized employee records, aligning application structures to ERP Financial requirements. The narrative records explicit setup of these modules rather than extensions beyond the stated scope.
Subsequent production support covered Oracle 11.5.9 development and user support for Accounts Payable AP, Accounts Receivable AR, Fixed Assets FA, Purchase Order PO, General Ledger GL and HR across multi-org sites. Operational coverage for support and development specifically included Costa Mesa, Penang Malaysia and Irvine Scotland, indicating an ongoing runbook for multi-site application maintenance and localized user assistance. This sustained support function underscores the combined implementation and post-production lifecycle responsibilities for Oracle E-Business Suite in Quantum s environment.
Governance and operational control were structured around centralized multi-organization controls and role-based development and user support for finance and HR functions. Change and release activities focused on module-level development for AP, AR, FA, PO, GL and HR, with operational governance to coordinate cross-site processes and maintain consistency in the ERP Financial instance. The account of responsibilities centers on configuration, integration and ongoing application support rather than reported business outcomes.

| Salesforce | Legacy | Salesforce Chat (formerly Salesforce Live Agent) | Chatbots and Conversational AI | AI-Powered Application | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017 Quantum implemented Salesforce Chat (formerly Salesforce Live Agent) as its web-based conversational layer, classified under the Chatbots and Conversational AI category. The deployment places a real-time chat interface on Quantum’s public website to capture visitor inquiries and route live conversations to internal support staff and sales intake teams.
Salesforce Chat was configured to provide standard chat capabilities, including an embeddable web chat widget, pre-chat qualification forms, agent presence and queuing, and persistent chat transcripts. The implementation emphasized session routing and agent transfer workflows consistent with conversational AI and chatbot operational patterns, with configuration centralized inside the Salesforce Chat administration interface.
Operational coverage is focused on website-driven customer engagement and lead capture, with chat interactions surfaced to Quantum’s internal support and client-facing teams. Governance is handled through centralized Salesforce administration and chat routing policies, with chat transcript capture used to create persistent records within the Salesforce platform for follow-up and case handling.
