| AFAS Software | Legacy | AFAS Payroll | Payroll | HCM | BvB Group | 2013 | 2013 | In 2013 Rabelink Logistics implemented AFAS Payroll as part of a combined AFAS HRM and AFAS Payroll deployment to support payroll operations for its workforce in the Netherlands. The deployment targeted Payroll functions and personnel administration for a 100 employee transportation firm, consolidating employee master data and centralizing pay processing workflows. The implementation configured AFAS Payroll alongside HRM modules to cover payroll processing, pay calculation, tax and social security handling, personnel records, and standard HR workflows. Configuration work emphasized scheduled payroll runs, employee data synchronization, and payroll-specific compliance settings consistent with Dutch payroll requirements. BvB Group served as the AFAS partner leading the implementation, with customer project lead Raoul Schepers and the program recorded as having been successfully approved twice during rollout. After the AFAS Payroll go live Rabelink Logistics planned to explore AFAS InSite to extend employee self service and reporting capabilities, indicating a staged adoption approach to expand HR and payroll automation. |
