The implementation emphasizes a continuous workflow from customer record to dispatched work order and on to invoicing, aligning Customer Support processes with field execution and billing. Scheduling integrations were implemented to synchronize field crew calendars and dispatch queues with the work order engine.
The system operates as the operational backbone for field teams, dispatch coordinators and billing staff across Rackley Roofing's regional operations. Integrations center on scheduling connections and real time field documentation capture, supporting mobile-first field data entry and photo documentation to replace paper forms. Dataforma Field Services CRM serves as the single source for customer histories, service status and invoice generation within the company’s operational processes.
