In 2016, Radio Flyer implemented C. H. Robinson Navisphere PO Management to stand up a European supply chain hub serving Rotterdam and Tilburg, Netherlands. The deployment targeted Order Management capabilities, using Navisphere-driven visibility and fulfillment orchestration to coordinate ocean freight, customs clearance, warehouse receipt, pick and pack and final mile execution across cross-border shipments.
The implementation combined carrier orchestration and customs workflow sequencing with warehouse receiving and pick and pack operations, creating an end to end order to delivery process managed through the C. H. Robinson Navisphere PO Management application. Operational scope covered supply chain and logistics teams supporting European expansion, and the solution integrated ocean, customs and warehousing workflows with downstream final mile fulfillment at the Rotterdam and Tilburg nodes, scaling to process more than 50 full container loads and over 100 units per day by late 2017. Rollout emphasized phased activation of fulfillment sites and governance of operational handoffs between carriers, customs operations and warehouse teams to maintain shipment visibility and execution consistency.

| Easypost | Legacy | Easypost Address Verification API | API Management | PaaS | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017 Radio Flyer implemented the Easypost Address Verification API as part of its API Management capabilities. The Easypost Address Verification API was configured to validate and normalize customer shipping addresses at order capture, improving address quality before fulfillment and external carrier routing.
Deployment focused on embedding address validation into the e commerce checkout and order import streams that feed the Foxfire warehouse management system. Configurations included international address handling to support Radio Flyer sales in 17 countries, and business rules for required fields and address standardization to ensure consistent downstream processing.
The address verification service was integrated alongside EasyPost Shipping API connections that Foxfire exposed to Radio Flyer, providing a single carrier abstraction layer rather than managing multiple direct carrier integrations. Operational integrations explicitly included carrier networks used by Radio Flyer, such as FedEx and UPS, with the full shipping API connection through Foxfire completed in the fall of 2020 after a 1 to 2 months integration period.
Operational scope covered e commerce operations and fulfillment teams, and the implementation introduced workflow changes to validate addresses prior to label generation and batch upload. Radio Flyer adopted batch shipping workflows through the EasyPost APIs, uploading up to 250 shipments in a single CSV to accelerate high volume label creation.
The deployment of the Easypost Address Verification API together with subsequent EasyPost Shipping API integration via Foxfire broadened carrier choice and scaled fulfillment capacity. Radio Flyer increased daily throughput from roughly 800 to 1,000 packages to approximately 4,000 packages per day after the shipping API deployment, and planned to add additional carriers to expand cost effective shipping options.
